Job Description:
LVN licensed vocational nurse professionals are skilled healthcare practitioners that aid doctors and registered nurses in delivering quality care to patients. Their main objective is to ensure that patients are given the necessary care needed for their fast recovery. LPN licensed vocational nurse professionals carry out routine nursing duties in close supervision of a registered nurse.
LVN licensed vocational nurse professionals usually take on the following duties and responsibilities:
- schedule and confirm doctor's appointments
- update and maintain patients' charts
- assume simple clerical tasks
- administer medications as per doctor's order
- collect blood samples and other laboratory specimens from patients

Work Environment:
